- Windows won’t boot? PCsavant can retrieve your files to an external drive/USB.

- Changing your computer operating system might be all that is needed for better performance.
- System Upgrade (Hardware)
- Adding more memory and/or switching HDD to a SSD (customer supplies the parts).
- Don’t have the parts? PCsavant can suggest where and what to buy/order, however, does not stock new parts.
Note: If your system is experiencing storage media failure, there are no guarantees that PCsavant will be able to recover all your files (if any). Having/Keeping a current backup/copy is the best defense for data loss.

Fees & Taxes
There is a 2.5% processing fee for payments using a Credit Card, additional 1.5% fee if the card is issued outside of Canada. Payments using a Debit Card is only 0.75% processing fee and no fees for cash or e-transfer payments. Processing fees are non-refundable. We are required to charge 13% HST (784431975RT0001) on all transactions including cash or e-transfer payments.
